Sofia brings an unparalleled depth of experience and dedication to her role as Co-Founder and CEO of InventCare. Her journey in healthcare began as a surgical coordinator, where she traveled nationwide to assist in some of the most complex neurosurgeries. With a passion for precision and patient care, Sofia gained invaluable expertise working alongside top medical professionals.
After returning to her roots in Southwest Florida, Sofia continued to excel as a surgical coordinator and marketing director for a leading medical practice. It was during this time that she recognized acritical gap in the healthcare system—personal injury patients were struggling to access the quality care they needed without delays.
Sofia saw firsthand the disconnect between healthcare providers and legal teams, which often left patients without the timely support they deserved.
Determined to make a difference, Sofia co-founded InventCare with a vision to bridge this gap. By connecting patients with trusted healthcare professionals and fostering collaboration with legal teams, Sofia has made it her mission to ensure that recovery is accessible, seamless, and patient-centered.
